We are Open.

Changing Spaces is a pioneering scheme whereby artists occupy the windows of un-let shops across the city. The District were brought in to develop the ident which will primarily be applied to loads of different sized and shaped shop windows. We developed a identity system which was ultimately flexible and expressed the personality and energy of the scheme. Hazel Blears is yet to put her hand in her pocket.
