The District are a design practice. We work in all aspects of brand strategy and visualisation. We work with interesting people who have an ambition to do interesting things. Our work is thoughtful, beautiful, and has guts; it changes minds.
The culture of our practice is active. As individuals we run blogs, attend and speak at events, and practise art. As a team we work closely, challenging the brief, each other, and ourselves. We foster openness and exploration, and forge lasting relationships with our clients and partners.
We get to know our clients and our clients’ clients. We ask the difficult questions and think beyond the now. We develop authentic, sustainable, and effective brand strategies and we are obsessive about execution. It can be the smallest decision that makes the biggest difference.
Strategies do not exist until they are visualised. Design is intrinsically strategic. Our view is that the distinction is semantic; they are one.
