The monotone visual identity differentiates from the ubiquity of corporate plus accent colour palettes and the typographic approach balances established integrity with a dynamic newness. In three years since opening their doors Cooke Curtis & Co have increased their team to 15 full-time staff, added a lettings division and become the biggest selling agent in South Cambridge (according to Rightmove). Their ongoing appreciation of the importance of brand will soon see new branches opening across the city.
